  • Restrictions: You must not redistribute, resell, or sub-license any design files or technical drawings purchased from us.

3. Accuracy of Plans

While our designs are created by experienced professionals and follow standard architectural practices:

  • Local Codes: All plans must be reviewed by a local licensed engineer or building authority to ensure compliance with local soil conditions, weather patterns, and regional building codes.

  • Vastu: While we offer "Vastu Compliant" plans, interpretations of Vastu may vary. Kosi Builder is not liable for personal or spiritual dissatisfaction regarding Vastu elements.

4. Payments and Digital Delivery

  • Razorpay Integration: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • Instant Access: Digital house plans (PDF/CAD) are typically delivered via download link or email immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change the pricing of any design at any time without prior notice.

5. Customization Services

If you request a "Custom Modification" or "Consultation":

  • A separate agreement or quotation will be provided.

  • Timelines for modifications are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the changes requested.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kosi Builder shall not be held liable for any structural failures, construction errors, or financial losses incurred during the building process. The responsibility for the physical execution of the project lies solely with the user’s chosen contractor and on-site engineers.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of Kosi Builder.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our registered business location.
