Return / Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All house plans, 3D elevations, and structural drawings available on Kosi Builder are digital products. Unlike physical goods, digital assets are deemed "used" once they are downloaded or opened.

2. No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital architectural data, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the file is delivered or made available for download.

  • We encourage all customers to carefully review the plan dimensions, facing, and description before completing the payment via Razorpay.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

We only consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same design due to a technical glitch.

  • Non-Delivery: If the system fails to provide a download link or email the file within 24 hours of a successful payment.

  • Corrupt Files: If the downloaded PDF/CAD file is technically corrupt and cannot be opened, and our support team is unable to provide a functional replacement.

4. Customization and Consulting

Payments made for "Custom Plan Modifications" or "Construction Consulting" are non-refundable once the work has commenced. If you wish to cancel a customization request, you must do so within 2 hours of the payment.

5. Refund Process

If you meet the criteria for a refund (e.g., duplicate payment):

  1. Email your transaction ID to {{ settings('email') }}.

  2. Our team will verify the payment via the Razorpay dashboard.

  3. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5-7 working days.
